Sad thing about ZFS and FreeNAS is...

This one is brief, just a sad quote from Luke Coughey on the Data Medics forum. Sums up the situation with FreeNAS pretty damn well. Better pay heed.

The most common place for [ZFS], that I know of, is FreeNAS systems where the owner puts their critical data on the cheapest hardware possible.
