Licenses are valid for the versions of software released within one year from the purchase date.
You can use these versions indefinitely.
However, if you want a newer version, you will need to purchase an update;
also, there is no support for versions older than one year.
License variants simplified
- Lite is limited to Windows filesystems (FAT, exFAT, and NTFS);
- you can install Lite or Full on any number of computers you own and perform recoveries for yourself or your friends, as long as you do not charge money for it;
- if you charge money for the recoveries, you need a Commercial license.
Additional taxes, including VAT or sales tax, may apply depending on your local regulations.
Purchase an update
The license you purchase via any of the links above works for all the versions released within one year after the purchase date. These will work indefinitely with your license. You must purchase the update if you need a version released more than one year after the original purchase date.
Additionally, versions of the software older than one year are not supported.

Refund policy
You can get a refund for your order within 30 days from the purchase date,
no questions asked, by submitting a support request.
Make sure to include your order number.
License key delivery
License keys are delivered via email. You should get the key within fifteen minutes of placing the order.
If the key does not arrive,
- check your spam folder,
- if still nothing, submit a support request.
The license key is used to unlock the evaluation version of the software available on the download page.
There is no separate download.
